HOIHO founder Deniz Bıçak has written a powerful entrepreneurship story by blending her professional achievements with her personal experiences. Born and raised in Ankara, Deniz Bıçak graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration and gained an international perspective to her career with the education she received at Harvard University and Boston University. While studying for her master’s degree in Project Management at Boston University, she attended Business Communication courses at Harvard University. At the same time, she furthered her English language skills in various language programs in Boston, reinforcing her education.
Deniz Bıçak worked as a field sales manager for 15 years at global logistics giants such as DHL and FedEx. During this time, she managed sales teams with people-oriented work and carried out successful projects by ensuring customer satisfaction. Increasing the sales volume by 120% in the Ankara region at FedEx and managing the 3rd fastest growing region at DHL are proof of her outstanding success in this field. Throughout her career, Deniz has honed her leadership and sales management competencies with awards and achievements.
